Of the several gifts God has bestowed upon her, teaching is Minister Addie's passion because it is an integral part of utilizing each of her gifts for God's glory, Praise His Holy Name.

Remember this—a farmer who plants only a few seeds will get a small crop. But the one who plants generously will get a generous crop. You must each decide in your heart how much to give. And don’t give reluctantly or in response to pressure. “For God loves a person who gives cheerfully.”  And God will generously provide all you need. Then you will always have everything you need and plenty left over to share with others.  2 Corinthians 9:6-8 (NLT)

Deacon Board

The Deacons serve God by making known the truth of the Bible, which is God’s Inerrant Word, teaching others that Salvation comes wholly of Grace and is the Gift of God bestowed upon the true believer at the time of their conversion, at which time God also indwells them in the person of the Holy Spirit. Our objective is to serve in a manner worthy of our calling, carrying ourselves at all times as children of God should and in a way that is pleasing to God. We seek to bring others into a saving knowledge of Christ, that mankind is in a fallen state and in need of a Savior, that only through the Perfect Sacrifice of Jesus Christ can we be made right with God and that those who believe in Him will be spared judgement.

This is a trustworthy saying: “If someone aspires to be a church leader, he desires an honorable position.” – 1 Timothy 3: 1, NLT

Teach me your decrees, O Lord; I will keep them to the end. Give me understanding and I will obey your instructions; I will put them into practice with all my heart. -Psalm 119: 33- 34, NLT
